Returns and Refunds

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If there is a problem with your order please email us with all details and photos to: info@biscuitsattiffanys.com.au

We accept no responsibility for damage to your order once it is picked up from our store.  However please contact us as we may be able to fix the damage for you.

If you recieve an order by post and it arrives damaged we will replace the item once it has been returned to us at the buyers cost.

If you recieve an order by courier and it arrives damaged please contact us immediately on 0401625324 and we will repair or replace the item time permitting.  If time does not permit we will refund in full.
